How to Use the Jazz Balance Share Code:
Option 1:
Dial 10003XXXXX*amount# to share the balance with any Jazz number.
Option 2:
Dial 100<9230XXXXXXXX>* amount# to share balance with other network numbers.
Transaction Details:
- Each transaction incurs a charge of Rs. 8.00 (including tax).
- The maximum share limit per transaction is Rs. 500.
- A daily maximum of Rs. 500 can be transferred.
Important Note:
Jazz Balance Share provides a seamless experience where you confirm the transaction by acknowledging a message received. This ensures the security and completion of the sharing process. Please note that for each transaction, a nominal fee of Rs 8.00 (incl. tax) is applicable for prepaid subscribers.
How to Request a Balance:
- Now, all Jazz prepaid customers have the convenience of requesting a balance from Party-B, including friends, family, and acquaintances, at any time without incurring any charges.
- Dial *107# to access the USSD menu.
- Follow the prompts to enter Party-B’s MSISDN (Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number).
Service Charges:
You receive this cutting-edge service at no cost at all! What is best is that Party-B, who sent the Jazz Share amount, will be the one with the requested balance deducted.
Eligibility Criteria for the Jazz Balance Share Code:
- The Jazz Balance Share service is exclusively available for Party-A and Party-B, both of whom must be prepaid customers.
- On applicable service classes—that is, excluding Dongle, Data SIM, etc.—Parties A and B should be permitted.
- Party-B, the recipient of Jazz Share requests, can receive requests only up to five times in a day. This limit ensures a balanced and fair utilisation of the Jazz Share service.

These conditions supplement the general terms approved by the PTA during connection activation.
- Jazz can modify rates or offers or withdraw them at its discretion, with prior notice when required by PTA regulations.
- Offer prices are subject to applicable taxes, regardless of the activation area in the country.
- The charging system reserves data based on application or website access, leading to potential depletion with simultaneous use.
- Recharges and bundle balances can be rounded to the nearest whole number.
- Queries or complaints can be addressed via email at [email protected].
- Texting the sender’s number (SPACE) 9000 will report unethical messages to the PTA.
- PTA regulations state that using a SIM that is not in your name or letting someone else use your SIM is illegal.
- To stop unsolicited calls or messages, dial 420 (there may be fees associated).
- Text “ON” or “SUB” to 3627 to use the free “Do Not Call Register” service to block unsolicited marketing calls.
- The term “purchase of SIM” implies acquiring the right to use, not ownership; SIM remains the property of PMCL.
- Applicable taxes on usage and recharge include 15% advance income tax, 16% sales tax in Islamabad, 19.5% in the rest of Pakistan and AJK (GB exempt).
- If bills are not paid by the deadline, there will be a 50 PKR late payment fee.
